It's broke, now what?

All repairs must be phoned in prior to sending items to our shop, the main reason for this is some repairs may exceed the value of the item. By all means if you feel capable of doing a repair on your own we can still sell you the parts to get you going again. In all cases however you must call the shop at 502-836-1674 between the hours of 11am - 1am EST regarding repairs.
